General Series

The General Series (or G Series) paper-based assessments apply to a variety of assessment needs. They contain content that is relevant to all occupations such as safety bulletins, procedures, and schedules.

TOWES General 1 (G1) - Available in English & French

This assessment measures literacy and essential skills at levels 1 and 2. This entry-level assessment is ideal for benchmarking clients' skills for foundational or remedial training programs.

TOWES General 2 (G2) - Available in English & French

This assessment measures literacy and essential skills at levels 2 and 3. This intermediate-level assessment is the most widely used version of TOWES because it is ideal for entrance into training, employment or as a prior learning assessment.

TOWES General 3 (G3) - Available in English & French

This assessment measures literacy and essential skills at levels 3 and 4. This high-level assessment is often used for measuring the skills required for trades and technical training or employment.
