TOWES Lead Administrator Training was created to Administrators
who are overseeing assessment initiatives on behalf of their
organization. In addition to administering assessments, Lead
Administrators:
- order assessments and manage inventory
- provide training, coaching and support to less experienced
administrators
- manage user permissions
- establish testing protocols and practices for their
organization
- ensure compliance with TOWES user agreements
- deal with complex inquires or accommodation requests
TOWES Lead Administrator Training sessions are delivered
individually to ensure sufficient time to address the unique
considerations of using TOWES within your organization.
